Kogel have just added 4-piston brake pads for more Mountain bikes, with models for Shimano and SRAM fitting the original 2-piston sizes they came out with.
Offered only with sintered compounds, which are said to have a higher build quality than organic, there are two compounds that give you options for wet/aggressive or dry conditions.

They use a special metal backing plate dipped in copper. Since the pads contain a lot of copper, the pad material should adhere better.
The backs are ceramic coated to improve heat dissipation. This creates a barrier that easily reflects heat back into the pads, allowing them to warm up to a good operating temperature faster and preventing it from being transferred to the pistons and fluid.
They are available now for $34.99 per wheel, with versions for Shimano XTR/XT/SLX/Deore and SRAM G2/Guide/Avid XO.
They also have new derailleur upgrades for SRAM eTap RIVAL and Shimano 12sp Road Kolossos. Like the others, they use a 12-tooth upper pulley and a 19-tooth lower pulley, both rolling on ceramic bearings. Retail price is $449.99 in black, red and gold, or customize them for $489.99. Ti bolt kits are $25.
